Mike Tschaar Heating & Air Conditionings expertise dates back to March 1979 when Mike completed his military service and went to work in the sheet metal shop for a local heating and air conditioning company fabricating and designing ductwork. In 1982, as his knowledge of the business grew, he began installing heating and air conditioning systems and very shortly graduated to service technician. In 1985, Mike began serving the greater Abilene area including Albany. On April 4, 1996, when Mike Tschaar Heating & Air Conditioning was established, many of Mikes customers came with him. The business began at 1010 Energy Drive with two service trucks and one install truck, with Mike still doing much of the service work himself. As business grew, employees and service trucks were added. In 2002, the business moved to 25 Windmill Circle, where it remains today. In the spring of 2003, the company also began offering blown attic insulation to its existing line of services.
